Customer satisfaction is our top priority as we take any complaints about products that we fulfill very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our delivery policy and the rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for services purchased from our Companies. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and understand the requirements for refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.
Shipping Policy
We ship within the continental U.S. using standard ground services. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Delivery Policy
Pure Archery Group sells Archery equipment and accessories. We deliver our products to clients via all major delivery providers, including USPS, UPS, and FED EX.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries for orders placed through our site are subject to the terms and conditions of the providers delivering your order. You are responsible for ensuring that you have provided the correct contact information and delivery address. We are not responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide for orders made through or by our sites.
We will endeavor to provide you with expected delivery times but cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the expected range of the delivery time. There may be delays in fulfilling or delivering your order that are outside of our immediate control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or special event delays.
Cancellation Policy
- Once an order has been placed the customer has 24 hours to submit a cancellation request.
- Once an order has been placed for a custom product cancellations are not permitted.
Return Policy
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 15 days of receipt for return instructions. Products must be returned in original, unused condition. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds
We may offer returns in the following conditions:
- If the product has not performed as advertised.
- If the product has been shipped incorrectly.
- If a customer has ordered the wrong product but has not used it.
Restocking Fee
All refunds are subject to 10% Restocking fee charges..
How To Give Feedback
If you are dissatisfied with the product or service provided to you and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to [email protected] stating your complaints and we will immediately verify your complaints. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
