Just received my sight in the mail. I was elated; but after opening the box, I realized that it was right handed. I looked on my packing slip and called the phone number, it took about 48 seconds total for the customer service representative to answer, send me a new left handed sight, and include a packing slip to return the right handed sight back….this is 2023 and there is a company with good customer service and with actual real people that answer the phone when you call. This is why I’ll never shoot anything but Black Gold sights… They hold up to the abuse that hard nosed hunters give to them (myself included), and if there is a problem, they stand behind their product: enough said. Thank you for being a top notch company. Reader: if you deer hunt in the woods, in the open, or anywhere between, this is your sight, you can take it out west on elk or pronghorn and have the adjustment necessary to make the long shots, or you can sit in your stand right on top of your favorite funnel in the timber and smoke that giant as he heads to check does and scrapes. Ordered it custom with .019 top pin and .010 for the next two pins. 6 shot sight in. Easy adjustments, lite weight. Way more robust then my other sights. Thank you Black Gold. Perfect sight for me.
